Had a fantastic stay on a business trip & would love to stay here again. the hotel was fairly clean with nice staff and sensational breakfast. - the location was particularly good and stunning, walk from the train station. Plus the venue was walk from bars and restaurants.

Sean
Very good location in the center directly at the City Hall.
The bathroom in our room was handicapped accessible. For us the sink is much too deep, so that the use was difficult. In the restaurant Jasper, which belongs to the hotel, it was very restless because the waiters permanently cleared the cutlery or plates.

The only complaint that I have is that they charged us £12.oo for the car park on check out. Not once was a cost mentioned when they directed us to the car park. I found this extremely poor service especially when you are paying to stay in a hotel. The price for the car park was way too dear and this has never happened to me before. That would stop me staying there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
